I am a 32-year-old stay-at-home mother who also works a sideline job to keep my sanity. I have a 4-year-old daughter who is intelligent, funny, and active, and my husband is loving and encouraging.
I enjoy sharing and listening to individuals from many walks of life as a means of gaining insights. I have excellent interpersonal skills and am very people-oriented.
I am afraid and insecure, there are many things that I don’t know or, maybe more accurately, that I didn’t want to learn. I tend to give up easily when new endeavors don’t go as planned. As of this writing, I am doubting myself because I am not a writer, not creative, and not even tech-savvy; the list goes on.
Why did I create this blog?
Because of two people. First is my boss, who I look up to as a mentor who encourages me to create a blog. He is certain that I can pull it off. And the latter is my daughter, who recently told me that she wants to be like me someday.
It hits deep and changed my perspective. I am ready to take on the challenge.
I also started this blog in an effort to practice consistency in writing, and eventually produce a few entries I’d be proud of. This blog is for those like me who are stuck in their comfort zones, have a fixed perspective, and are hesitant to attempt new things. I hope this encourages you to try, to believe in yourself, decide to step outside your comfort zone and be excited to turn everything into something beautiful ♥
